We would be happy to help. If it is a link to a Films on Demand film that your professor has in D2L, try using Chrome or Firefox as your browser. Internet Explorer sometimes presents issues with loading films from Films on Demand. If that does not solve the problem, try accessing the film directly through the Bailey Library website (not through MySRU). To do this, go to the library website and click on Search Our Catalog in the left menu. Enter the title of the film in the search box and then click on Title Search in the drop-down menu. This takes you to the catalog record for the film. Click on the link at the top of the record to open the film.
