Hello, Jessica ~

I have found the journal, British Journal of Educational Technology, in our catalog.  We do have access to this journal via Academic Search Complete and Education Research Complete.  Both of these databases are housed within EBSCO as you indicated.

Below is the information you will need to locate the article you are searching for.  I was able to find the month, year, volume, and issue number via Google.

British Journal of Educational Technology

Volume 45Issue 3, pages 528–540, May 2014

When I searched Education Research Complete, I found the citation yet noted we do not have full-text available.  To receive this article via full-text, I suggest clicking on the link - "check availability" within the citation.  This will take you to ILLiad -- our online request system.  There is no charge, you simply create an account with your SRU information to submit a request.

Should you need additional assistance, please do not hesitate to call the Research Services Desk at 724.738.2641 or follow-up to this email.

Good luck!

Jessica Jordan
