Sorry to hear about the connection difficulties.  I have a few suggestions to try first:

First, be sure you are entering your complete username and password: make sure the is on the end of it when trying to access via Keystone.  

Another thing to try, is that if if you are logged into MySRU, try logging out of MySRU and then trying to access the database through the library web page (it will take you to the same KLN page asking for your institution, login, and password). Sometimes with certain browsers (Internet Explorer) and MySRU the Keystone Authentication will work incorrectly and report that you are not providing the correct username and password even if you are.  You could also try using a different web browser.

Could you let us know whether this works or not, and if not, which database you are trying to access?  It may be an issue with the database itself that we will need to correct.
