If you have tried various browsers and included the @sru.edu at the end of your username (which is required), I have one more suggestion for you to try. Ensure you are attempting to enter the databases via the link on the library web page.
If you are entering through the MySRU portal, it can prohibit the KLN Pass page to work properly. If you still do not have access from the library webpage, you will need to contact the HELP desk (724.738.4357).
