Hi Rachel,

I'm sorry you are having trouble.  Please give us a call at the library: the main number is 724-738-2058, or the research services desk at 724-738-2641.  We are open from 12-5 today (Saturday) and Sunday; starting Monday, we resume our normal hours of operation, which are 7:30 AM to 11 PM during the week. 

I'm not sure exactly what you're trying to access, so I think calling us is your best bet.  However, in case you're accessing this when we're not open, here are some general tips:

--your login for nearly everything is your SRU email address and the same password that you use to access your email.  Try both with and without the "@sru.edu" part.  I know Illiad requires it; some other places don't.

--If you got to the library from within D2L, close out of that, go to the SRU homepage, and navigate to the library web page directly.  The majority of login problems are caused by conflicts between our system and D2L.  To get to the library web page directly, start by clicking on "academics" in the green bar at the very top or the SRU home page, then "Bailey Library" at the bottom of the menu on the left.  On the library home page, to access resources, click "research" on the left, and then click the link for "online catalog" (if you are looking for books) or "articles/databases."  These are blue text links in the second paragraph of the middle section of the page.
