Your username and password for the Keystone Library Network should be the same username and password you use to log into your SRU ROCKmail and other accounts.
Make sure you enter your complete username and password, including the @sru.edu. (If this does not work, try it without the @sru.edu)
If neither of these work, or if you have forgotten your password, you can call the Computer Help Desk to reset your password. (724) 738-4357
You can also try using the library barcode option on the left side of the KLN Pass screen. If you have your library barcode (the 16-digit code on your student ID if you have one, also available by contacting the library's research services desk) you can try entering that, along with your last name, on the left side of the Keystone Library Network page. If you do not have a student ID with library barcode, call the library Research Services Desk and we will be happy to assist you in obtaining your barcode.
