Hi Corrina ~

Let me make sure I understand - you found two articles via the articles/databases link? You say catalog but the catalog simply searches titles of books and journals, not articles.  If you found articles you would like to request, you would use the ILLIad link via the Interlibrary Loan page on the Bailey Library webpage.  You would be directed directly to ILLiad (for example, if searching in EBSCO) when you view a record and we do not have access via the library.  There is a link on the left side that says "Check Availability".  This link leads to you the article checker and you have the option of selecting requesting the item via ILLiad.   ILLiad is the system we use to request articles or materials from other libraries.  You can create an ILLiad account and all requested articles are delivered electronically to your ILLiad account.  This service is free for SRU students - Joe Drobney is our head of ILLiad.  He can assist you with any request issues. The phone number for ILL is 724-738-4457.

When students need to access their library barcodes, they are typically on the Keystone Library Network (KLN) passpage.  This page has an orange colored header and shows two ways to login - via your email and password -OR- your last name and library barcode.  This page is where you login to gain access to the electronic resources from an off campus location.  You should be able to gain access via your email and password combination on the right side of the KLN passpage.  If this does not work, you can call the Circulation Desk (724-738-2637) between 8AM and 4PM and they can look up that information for you.

Please do not hesitate to email back if you need further assistance.
