I am sorry to hear that you are having difficulty accessing the library's resources. It sounds like your password might need reset, which you can do by calling the SRU Help Desk at 724-738-4357. In the meantime, you can also use your library barcode, which is the option on the left side of the KLN Pass screen. Your library barcode is the 16-digit number on your student ID. (In case you do not have your student ID, call 724-738-4649. The librarian on duty should be able to find out your student ID.) Once you enter this number and your last name you should be granted access.
