Hi Cary:

I'm a little confused by your usage of SRU Library password, as our library materials are mainly accessed through your SRU Login (the same login and password used to log in to your SRU e-mail). There is not a unique password used to access most library resources.

However, in the case of Refworks, you do need to sign up first by making an account using your e-mail address by clicking on the "Sign Up for a New Account" button on the Refworks login screen. Based on the password you choose to use, it is possible that it is different from the password for your SRU login. However, signing up for RefWorks and receiving a password is independent of your SRU login: so to make a long story short, you shouldn't have gotten any password for RefWorks awhile back.

The following LibGuide may also be helpful, particularly if you're having trouble accessing library materials remotely.

If this doesn't answer your question, or you're still having trouble accessing Refworks or other library materials, please let us know!
