Hi Thomas,

Exactly what you'll do to limit your results to peer reviewed articles varies depending on what database you are using.  In  EBSCOHost databases (which make up the majority of Bailey Library's subscriptions), there will be a checkbox about halfway down the search page, in the "limit your results" section.  It may be labeled "Scholarly (Peer Reviewed) Journals," or simply "Peer Reviewed," depending on which EBSCO product you are searching.   If you have already started your search, you can also add this limit from the menu on the left side of your results page.

Most non-EBSCO databases also have an option to limit to scholarly/peer reviewed journals, but different companies put it in different places and use different names for it.

If this answer doesn't help, please write back with the name of the database you are using--with that information, I'll be able to give you a more specific answer.

Best,

Alex Boyd
