These journals are INDEXED in the database Education Source.  You will find it listed in the alphabetically listing of databases, http://www.sru.edu/academics/bailey-library/research/articles

On the search page for Education Source, you will see a place to type in the journal name.  Then, in the search box, you can type in your topic and only that journal will be searched for your topic.   If you'd just like to browse the journal, leave the search box blank and click on SEARCH and the entire contents of the journal will come up beginning with the latest issue.

I checked on both your journals and the full text is limited.

Journal of applied behavior analysis is only full text up to 2012.  Education Source will show results all the way up to 2016, so you have to remember to just look at 2012 and earlier.

Education Source also INDEXES journal of autism and developmental disorders is full text up to 2016, but with limited fulltext in Education Source.

CAVEATE:  Education Source INDEXES everything to present date but only has very limited full text within the database.  BUT there is a link to full text in other databases labeled CHECK AVAILABILTY on the results pages of any search.  Clicking on CHECK AVAILABILTY will show you if the full text is in another database, with a link directly to the full text.
